The Vice President for Community Provider Solutions (CPS) is a senior/general manager level position that will lead a 150+ person division of Tegria RCM that services the ambulatory care channel of revenue cycle and practice management business lines. This role has direct oversight for all divisional business operations as well as support teams and will use critical analysis and sound judgement in planning, directing, and coordinating divisional operations to optimize efficiency, and service quality which consistently meets/exceeds client expectations.

Responsibilities include:

Planning and Strategy

  • Develop strategic direction and lead execution of business goals of this division
  • Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
  • Responsible for developing and executing growth strategies while maintaining an eye on profitability and driving business improvements
  • Owner of internal product development, both from a services and technical standpoint
  • Maximize client engagement by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
  • Uphold standards of operational excellence and soaring quality
  • Other duties as assigned

Financial & Resource Management

  • Responsible for achieving growth, revenue and EBTIDA targets with full P&L accountability
  • Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
  • Responsible for development and execution of monthly and quarterly performance goals (OKRs) and ensures alignment and completion of these goals for the division and individually.

Leadership and Engagement

  • Provide guidance and feedback to help management team strengthen specific knowledge and skills
  • Delegate and collaborate across a wide range of service lines.
  • Enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
  • Improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and creating innovative approaches to improvement
  • Actively supports and champion talent management initiatives including ongoing leadership/employee development and succession planning.
  • Communicates company and cross-functional information effectively to the site

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years’ experience in a senior leadership role in leading a revenue cycle management group, business unit ownership or provider practice management experience
  • 8+ years’ experience demonstrating a data-driven mindset, strong business judgment, and proven ability to perform analysis, draw key insights, and form and execute a strategy
  • 10 years’ experience in building and leading cross-functional and multi-cultural teams, with a willingness to invest in the development of supported teams to enable them to deliver their KPIs
  • Experience with Annual Operating Plans including budgeting, financial statements, balance sheets, P&L; also, Capital planning and execution
  • Capable of collaborating at a senior management level to help develop and implement strategy
  • Successful experience leading and developing cross-functional teams and organizational talent
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking capability and planning for short and long-range goals
  • Demonstrated expertise in executive level management and leadership with proven experience leading a division or company of this size
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures of revenue cycle management and practice management
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent collaboration, delegation and commitment to detail
  • Sound business judgment and confirmed ability to influence others and a consistent track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Strong decision-making ability along with solid project management skills
  • Required to travel to client sites for in-person meetings

  • Master’s Degree preferred
