We, at State of the Heart Veterinary Care recently opened May 1st. To complete our team, we are looking for a part time veterinary technician assistant who is excited to be part of a newly opened, privately owned, compassionate veterinary team where your skills and input is valued. We are looking for two 9 hour shifts a week with the potential for more as we grow as a practice. Skills we are looking for include, supporting the medical team- pet handling and restraint, running in house labwork equipment (Idexx), assisting CVT with patient monitoring during surgical procedures, maintaining clinic safety and cleanliness standards, assisting reception. Tech assistant certification preferred but not required. Minimum of one year previous veterinary experience required.
