Our practice offers a four-day work week and rotating with other staff every other Saturday. First, we are only doing both curbside and in-room appointments. Since Covid began, we added and maintain higher than normal sanitation practices to keep ourselves, clients, and patients safe. Safety is paramount. And yes, our team is like a small family for better or for worse; we will immediately accept you into the fold. We will laugh and cry with you, celebrate your successes and prop you up when you need it. We will hold you to high expectations every day and we will thank you for a job well done. We want you to succeed and be happy with your role in our practice because if you are happy and successful, so are we. We have been servicing the Smyrna area for over 20 years. Within in the last 3 years, we have become a 2-doctor practice, improved our in-house lab work abilities and provide veterinary care to Angels Among Us Rescue Dogs. We will continue to grow and evolve with the right people who share our values: teamwork, growth, trustworthiness, cheerfulness, and communication.

What we need from you:

We are looking for a person who wants to be our star customer service rep! Our candidate must be proficient in using POS systems, databases, and a multi-line phone system. Telephone etiquette is a number one priority as is extreme attention to detail. Working at our front desk requires constant movement, you could be cleaning an exam room, escorting a pet to/from the building, or preparing medications for approval. We expect you to work with the team by pulling your weight; a proactive can-do attitude is essential.

The most critical parts of your job are knowledge, attention to details and customer service skills. Interacting with our clients as if they were the first call of your day, cheerfully with patience, compassion and respect is an absolute requirement – no matter how “bad” the prior phone call may have been. We expect you to follow through on any given task and ensure that all daily tasks are completed by the end of the business day.
