-Foster positive communication in the work environment by participating in a collaborative culture, coming to work each day assuming positive intent.

- Show compassion and patience for people experiencing distressing events.

- Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and maturity.

- Have 2 or more years of customer service experience in a high volume environment

- Be familiar with basic office equipment operation

- Be familiar with or able to learn various technology platforms

- Have a growth mindset.

Preferred qualifications:

3 years small animal veterinary experience

Familiarity with Veterinary practice management software (Cornerstone even better!)
