Graebel Commercial Services, Inc. is seeking a Vendor Manager to support the Commercial team by identifying, contracting, and maintaining service providers for day to day services.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify potential service providers in markets where services occur based on feedback from the Account Management team. Generate and negotiate contracts for provider to maintain Graebel standards to onboard vendors.
- Maintain existing service providers by managing expiring documents, vendor information, and Graebel information with Service Providers. Coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure provider's invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Coordinate in setting up service providers in Graebel's Vendor Collaboration Portal (VCP) with training as needed and provide internal to support to the Account Management team on how Service Providers can effectively use the tool.
- Handle internal and external Service Provider issues and escalations related to service delivery, compliance, and performance. Ensure that Service Providers are meeting expectations set by Graebel and allowing Account Managers to meet commitments to our clients.

- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft SharePoint
- Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to read, analyze, and understand general business/company related articles and professional journals
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to prepare and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats.
Required Experience
Education:
High School Diploma or higher
Experience:
3-5 years related experience and/or training
