Hendrick Toyota the area's Largest Volume Toyota store has an immediate opening for a Vehicle Xchange Agent. We are looking for a candidate to work side by side with one of our Sales Managers on a daily basis. The VXP Team is directly involved with the Sales team and the Service team. We are looking for a candidate with great phone skills, someone that has the unique ability to connect with our guest in a warm professional manner. This is the most exciting team in our store that has been growing in success rapidly. The VXP Department is responsible for approaching customers in the Service Department with opportunities and information about their next purchase.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and assist customers who enter the service department

• Ensure the customers feel welcome and comfortable when arriving at the dealership

• Drive sales goals through the service department by engaging with customers about upgrading their car

• Establish a close relationship with the sales force to provide a consistent upgrade process

• Work with other departments to establish a high level of customer satisfaction

• Maintain knowledge of current and incoming inventory

• Attend sales meetings and trainings when necessary

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Self- driven, motivated, and extroverted individual

• Professional appearance

• Excellent customer service skills

• Positive attitude

• Willingness to engage in product knowledge and training

• Computer skills a must
