This open position is located inside the Bass Pro Shops at 1000 Bass Pro Shops Dr, East Peoria, IL 61611. At Bluegreen Vacations, as a Sales Representative, you will utilize your unique personality and passion to engage and meet face-to-face with potential customers, generate quality leads, and sell our affordable family-friendly mini-vacation getaways. We are looking for a Sales Representative for our East Peoria Bass Pro Location! Our winning team starts with YOU!

Here’s what you’ll be doing • Be an ambassador for Bluegreen Vacations & Bass Pro! • Interact with the community and meet new people. • Act as a concierge to provide local information to enhance travelers’ experience. Basically…advise them on how they can have their best vacation ever!

We’re looking for people that will • Initiate & engage in conversation with customers and have fun talking travel. • Sell mini-vacation getaways to destinations across the U.S. • Communicate the benefits of traveling with Bluegreen Vacations. • Overcome objections & close the deal.

• Provide excellent customer service. • Stay current on Bluegreen’s offerings and portfolio. Here’s why you’ll love this job • Earn $22 – 33/hour based on sales (guaranteed hourly base + commissions) • Aggressive Commission Structure. • World-class Training that will arm you with all the knowledge you need to be a vacation-selling pro.
