As a user experience designer within our Commercial Lines organization, you'll help with the ongoing design of our small business systems including consumer, agent and internal facing platforms. You'll collaborate with other team members, leveraging user interface/user experience (UI/UX) expertise to better these experiences and continuously improve our approach. You'll partner with key stakeholders in the business, iterating designs based on feedback while keeping the user needs, usability and business goals in mind. In addition, you'll constantly improve the platforms for our various users by testing ideations and learning from results through our multidimensional partners and resources.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 2 years of related experience designing user experiences.
• In lieu of degree, 4 years of related experience designing user experiences.

Preferred skills

• HTML/CSS/JavaScript or jQuery prototyping experience
• Adobe Creative Suite and Figma mockup experience
• Interaction Design experience
• General understanding of requirements documentation
• Commercial Insurance experience

Compensation

• $56,300 - $90,800/year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare bonus up to 24% to 30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
