We are looking for skilled and motivated Terminal Utility Worker located in Edgewater, FL to join the Titan Florida team. This hourly position reports directly to the Terminal Manager.

The Utilityman is responsible for assisting other operators in the safe, efficient, and quality-conscious unloading and loading of bulk commodities to or from, railcars, trucks and storage facilities. Assure the work being performed consistently meets or exceeds the expectations of the business, as well as published policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

· Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to all safety policies rules and regulations (Titan & OSHA).

· Participates in required safety trainings and meetings.

· Loads aggregate and bulk cement trucks.

· Offload aggregate and cement railcars.

· Operates mobile equipment such as bobcats, forklifts, loaders, and Trackmobile.

· Operates terminal equipment both fixed and mobile.

· Demonstrates a basic mechanical aptitude.

· Have a general understanding of conveyors, crushers, screens, screws, and other aggregate processing equipment.

· May assist Maintenance Technicians or Management with maintenance of equipment including compressors, pumps, gearboxes, blowers, conveyors, stackers etc.

· Maintains terminal facility, grounds, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

· Performs all work in a manner to maximize safety, efficiency, and quality.

· Operates hand-help radio according to company policy and FCC regulations.

· Communicates verbally with all terminal personnel; be a team player.

· May be scheduled to work nights and weekends.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

· Must possess excellent communication skills.

· Must have basic computer skills.

· Familiar with basic hand and power tools.

· Mechanical background required.

· Physical job requirements include working outdoors with exposure to extreme heat and cold, constant standing and walking, climbing, working from heights, and ability to lift to 50lbs.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED required.

· Maintain a current Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.

· Minimum one year of industrial work experience required.

· Aggregate and/or cement industry experience preferred.

· Basic understanding of industrial machines and hand tools including their designs, operation, repair, and maintenance.
