Acara Solutions is looking for a Utility Worker for our client located in Neenah, WI

  • The Utility Worker position is responsible to their Shift Supervisor for the safe and efficient performance of a variety of duties in winding and tube cut.
  • Receives work assignments and reports back to supervisor when finished.
  • Assists in moving scrap from machines to storage.
  • Assists in cleanup in the plant.
  • Moves wax, tape, and other small items from storage to machines.
  • Trains on introductory jobs in the plant as needed.
  • Primary function is to service production line with packaging needs, mainly carts, racks, and pallets.
  • Supplements normal production crews in various jobs when additional crew members are needed.
  • Using Total Quality Management problem-solving techniques in routine job activities and team settings, performs all responsibilities in a manner which ensures the quality expectations of every customer, internal and external, are met and exceeded.
  • Measures critical product/process variables, records or report using appropriate TQM told and utilizes information to continuously improve.
  • If unable to maintain processes within established limits or meet specification, is fully authorized to stop the operation, and seek assistance.
  • The safety and health of the employee takes precedence over any other duties of this job.
  • There will be other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $22.39 per hour + shift differential ($0.26 for 2nd, $0.40 for 3rd)

Shift: 2nd and 3rd




Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Utility Worker.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing and Forklift experience.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
