Hughes Logistics is urgently seeking Delivery Driver's to join our team!

Hughes Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is urgently hiring drivers to deliver packages in Philadelphia, Delaware and Chester counties. We are looking for self-motivated individuals seeking a fast-paced, high energy position with opportunities for advancement.

Salary: Starting at $19.50 an hour

Hours:

· Approximate hours are 9:30 am – 7:30 pm.

· 10-hour shifts

We operate 7 days a week, driver's are needed for weekends as well as throughout the week.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs)
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle
• Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicle; follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies
• Use smartphone device (provided) for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in 'rescue calls' when other team members need assistance with their routes

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Driver’s License (CDL not required)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing/communication skills
