Part time Urban Gardener position:

Root & Vine Gardens, a boutique garden design, installation & maintenance company, is looking for a part time urban gardener.(Approx. 3 days per week)

We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, working with plants, has a valid driver license and is comfortable driving and parking a small van and who wants to be part of a team of plant and garden lovers.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience or equivalent in landscaping profession or a strong interest
• Ability to lift up to 50lb.
• Clean driverʼs license is required and a smart phone is a plus
• knowledge of plant material or interest in learning
• Pest identification and organic pest management knowledge or interest in learning
• Ability to provide a quality customer service experience to a high-end clientele
• Must be organized and on-time
• A good eye for design is helpful
• Able to take direction and work independently as well as work with a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
