What You'll Do:
Partner with stakeholders as the recruiting subject matter expert on market trends, recruiting metrics, operational processes, systems, and tools
Building campus recruiting strategies and driving execution to meet all hiring goals
Execute end-to-end recruiting and pipelining plans
Work closely with hiring managers and the internal campus team to understand needs in order to identify the right talent
Drive the offer process - including understanding motivators, navigating interviews, extending offers, and closing hires
What You'll Need:
2+ years of campus recruiting experience in fast-paced environments
Successful track record sourcing, recruiting, and closing for university roles
Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (interviewing, assessments, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Workday or Applicant Tracking Systems, resume databases, and sourcing tools
