GameKnight is seeking a team-focused, Unity Developer to help redefine real-money games. We are a mobile-first studio using Unity 3D, on iOS, to change how players and cash interact within games.

Gone are the days of hitting spin and hoping for the best, we are here to create the future of casual, cash entertainment. Can you develop compelling gameplay and systems for our players? Do you find clean, style-correct code and project architecture as important as fun? Does the idea of shaping content from concept to release excite you? Are you ready to work side-by-side with other engineers, designers, and production to make innovative content? You will collaborate with a team of industry veterans in creating and building delightful mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with fellow developers, designers, creatives and producers to estimate, plan and execute internal and external projects.

• Translate design and product documentation into technical specifications.

• Manage and inform architecture decisions on an ongoing basis.

• Generate clean, well-documented code.

• Own end-to-end development of projects from prototype, to release, and through live operations.

• Participate in code reviews, technical design reviews, and write unit tests.

Qualifications

• You have a love for code and sharing best practices.

• You have at least two years of professional experience developing in a game studio.

• You have at least five years of experience writing c# code.

• You are able to deploy builds to both iOS and Android.

• You are able to effectively integrate 3rd party plugins.

• You have developed and released a number of commercial 2D and 3D mobile titles.

• You prefer Agile development

Plus If…

• You insist on being up-to-date on the latest methodologies in game development and features in Unity.

• You have experience with AWS.

• You have experience with physics-driven gameplay.

• You have plugin development experience.

• You have work experience with swift and obj-c.
