Unit Clerk responsibilities Include:
As the facility Unit Clerk, your primary focus will be to schedule appointments for Residents when needed. Initiate & coordinate transportation approvals & schedules. Relay vital information to Nursing Staff & Medical Team. Maintain medical records as per protocol, file medical charts as required
