What We’re Searching For
Ford’s Hometown Services (FHS) is continuously growing, and we’re looking to expand our team in all of our divisions. We service homes and businesses throughout New England and are currently seeking a Turf Supervisor to join our team. Experience for this position is required.

Especially since our company is QualityPro accredited, which only 3% nation-wide have this. Our professional field service teams are the face of Ford’s Hometown Services when interacting with customers and the communities where they work. We want our customer experiences to reach new benchmarks through the innovative services we provide and the care we take with their pest situation.
Blueprint of a Turf Supervisor Professional
The main purpose of this position is for the Company to ensure that guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership are provided to Turf division Technicians. The primary focus of the person who holds this position is premier customer service through proper training & quality control. This employee is responsible for creating a positive atmosphere and encouragement for the team and to ensure company production goals are met.
This person works closely and collaborates with all company managers to achieve set goals. This position is expected to hold the Massachusetts Commercial Applicator License (core pesticide license, or supervisor license, if needed), to obtain the University of Georgia certification or U-Mass Turf Certification, to hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record at all times, obtain and maintain the proper credential (medical card) to operate commercial DOT-inspected vehicles, and obtain forklift certification.
In summary, the person who holds this position serves as a supervisor, trainer, lawn care applicator, snow removal supervisor, quality control manager and positive motivator

Compensation
- $24.00 - $28.00/hr depending upon experience
