The Support Team is the first line of communication with users and serves primarily to address technical issues relating to software implementation, function and upgrades. The team resolves customer complaints or problems, documents a root cause analysis and creates troubleshooting documents for each issue.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- Possessing experience with MS SQL, as well as with automation tools such as UI Path, Alteryx, Python and scripting solutions, such as PowerShell;
- Supporting software applications for either Finance or Professional Services firms, as well as some proven knowledge of accounting and finance concepts;
- Using knowledge of relational database structures and leveraging that knowledge to explore and analyze databases queries to perform root cause analysis of support issues; Performing data validation;
- Collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with detail and accuracy, particularly to a non-technical user base;
- Supporting enterprise software applications, including enforcing support response standards;
- Owning resolution of support tickets through their closure with users and performing root cause analysis of issues requiring application support;
- Communicating clearly when writing and speaking to product teams and non-technical business stakeholders;
- Operating within a geographically dispersed team;
- Showcasing familiarity with Agile development process, including agile enterprise management products like Azure DevOps; and,
- Exhibiting proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as well as experience with the Microsoft PowerSuite and MS development tools such as MS Visual Studio.
