HireArt is looking for a Trust & Safety Supervisor, Payment Operations to further level-up the payment and fraud processes and ensure the payment operations team is set up for success.
The ideal candidate has meticulous attention to detail and can make informed, data-driven decisions. This person is a subject matter expert who is willing to work hard to ensure their agents have what they need to succeed, not just in answering tickets, but also in goals and career progression.
As Trust & Safety Supervisor, Payment Operations, you will:

• Manage day-to-day operations on the payment operations team.
• Adjust, calibrate, and implement new protocols/policies as necessary.
• Serve as the main point of escalation for internal agents.
• Create process workflows, perform analysis, develop/implement efficiency solutions.
• Monitor and create reporting including escalations for potential trending issues - escalate those issues to management and relevant internal departments.
• Facilitate all training requirements for agents including documentation, guides, and checklists.
• Manage agent progress throughout the training process for all direct reports.
• Assist management with the ownership of quarterly planning and weekly KPIs.
• Act as an advocate within the Trust & Safety organization, cross-collaborating as needed to achieve shared goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years experience in payments and/or fraud operations
• 1+ years of leadership experience (SME, Team Lead, Supervisor)
• Experience with backend payment operations
• Performance management experience
• Experience working with ZenDesk or similar CRM tool
• High attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of industry-standard payment workflows
• Technology, casino, or iGaming experience is strongly preferred

Commitment: This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position staffed via HireArt. This position will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the Las Vegas, NV area.
