We are seeking a Truck Driver / Smash Operator to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating our trucks. Trucks are outfitted with a custom machine implement, to compact the waste inside containers (dumpsters). This requires the ability to operate the equipment at each client's facility.

We require a 1-2 day trial / training period at our location in Las Vegas, NV prior to employment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 26,000 pound truck

• Skillfully operate a hydraulic operated machine implement

• Properly track and document activity log via handheld device

• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch

• Inspect truck before and after trip

• Contribute to maintenance and cleaning of truck and machine

• Interact with a friendly and entrepreneurial spirit with our customers

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Previous experience in truck driving or other related field

• Ability to handle physical workload of climbing up and down from the truck

• Strong work ethic

• Entrepreneurial spirit, interest in growing your career and responsibilities. Commissions and bonuses may be available for both referral and sales activities, which are reasonably available (but not required), as well as a strong and consistent performance in the core operating functions of the role

• Experience with Vonigo is a plus, but not required
