Trimmer

Reports to: Trim Manager

Pay Range: $16-22/Hour

Position Summary:

This job can be very tedious at times using little scissors to properly manicure trim the flower. It is vital that all trimmers have a patient temperament and a steady hand.

Core Expectations:

• Must confirm that there is a log of the product in front of them.
• Must be able to fill out said form properly after being trained.
• Removing large fan leaves using hands and discard them into the plant waste trash.

• Manually trim marijuana plants using shears, scissors, hands, etc. to break down into smaller batches for further processing.

• Manicure trim the product according to SOP

• Responsible for maintaining quality of product while reaching daily quotas.

• Daily quotas are set by Management and posted at work stations.

• Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of all workspaces & tools at all times.

• Follow all company operating procedures & policies.

• Have good communication skills to work with your team.
• Understand and comply with all MED issued regulations.
• Assist with Pre Roll Production & any packaging tasks as assigned.

• Work on a Greenbroz trim machine.

• Work with supervisor to ensure work is completed compliantly. .

• *Knowledge and background in trimming preferred.
• *Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• *Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.

• *Maintain a culture of professionalism.

• *Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, while using scissors.
• *Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.

• *Regular and on-time attendance.

• *Must have CO MED Badge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
