Position Description:
Traveling Financial Experience Specialist –Southwest Market Financial Centers. This includes offices in Munford, Atoka, Millington, Bartlett, Collierville, Arlington, and Oakland.

The Financial Experience Specialist (FES) serves in a dual-purpose role supporting both customer relationship development and transaction processing. The FES uses active listening skills to recognize customer needs for additional products or services while delivering outstanding service. Exercises some independent judgment under moderate supervision. Provides “Welcome Home” experience to customers and teammates.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer/employee relationship skills,
• Knowledge of Bank products
• Team player
• Problem solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Experience:
A minimum of two years CSA and/or CSR experience is preferred.

Working Conditions:
Available to work up to 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday. Serve in FES relief status until placed in a specific financial center.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
