- Provide support for Executive Director vacancies.
- Be the primary contact for newly acquired properties.
- Be a leader and travel to all 12 of our facilities.
- Make a tremendous impact on the daily metrics at the facilities.
- Develop innovative training plans for our on-site Executive Directors.
- Demonstrate knowledge with all aspects of long-term care and be a primary contact for on-site Executive Directors.
The Skills You Will Need
- A Personal Care Home Administrator License from the Department of Human Services and/or licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator preferred bur not required.
- A license as a registered nurse or practical nurse from the Pennsylvania Department of State, preferred but not required
- College degree or 5 years experience in personal care preferred.
- 5 years of management experience require.
- Prior experience in administration in the healthcare field is preferred.
