We are seeking a Traveling Custodian in the West Branch area to join our team! This position plays a vital role in assuring that multiple locations are being cleaned to company and client standards. The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional eye for detail, excellent customer service, and take ownership and pride in their work. This Job may require up to 100 miles of travel per day. Day-to-Day Responsibilities- included but not limited to!

· Sanitizing surfaces to ensure a healthy germ-free environment

· In depth cleaning of common areas and restrooms

· Provide regular floor care

· Ensuring proper care of equipment pre/post use

· Ensure windows have a Clean streak-free sparkling shine

· Removing Garbage (Lifting 40-50lbs)

· Ensuring restrooms are sanitized and well stocked with necessary products

· Ensuring all tasks are completed in allotted amount of time, and exceeds expectations

What it takes to be a Cleaner at Hi-Tec:

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Pass criminal background check, Fingerprinting, and MVR

· Reliable attendance

· Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 40-50lbs

· Understanding and executing verbal and written instructions

· Ability to work independently as well as within a group setting

· Take pride in your work and be respectful of others. A strong sense of personal responsibility

· Adhere to strict compliance with safety requirements including adherence to all Covid requirements and restrictions
