Job description

Cornerstone Caregiving is a home care agency who sends private caregivers into client’s homes to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs). This position will hold the responsibility to make in home visits to assess the general physical and mental condition of each client.

Basic Responsibilities

• Assist the clients with vital sign check ups, implementing an emergency preparedness plan, caregiver assessments, and creating an individualized safety plan
• Schedule RN visits accordingly with the clients
• Work within company software, computer knowledge is needed for this position

Essential Duties

• Travel to the homes of each client within Lubbock and surrounding cities
• Ability to be on call throughout the week for client emergencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Current LVN Certification
• Excellent Communication Skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance

• Ability to work for an extended time at a computer

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
