We are currently seeking a travel PT for a contract near Willcox, AZ!

Schedule: Days / 5x8 Hour Shifts / 40 Hours a week

Starting: Ideally 04/24/23 but will accept candidates who can start before or after then

Length: 13 weeks

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision through Blue Cross Blue Shields (50% company pay)

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ Years of PT Experience
• AZ Physical Therapy License
• Graduate of Accredited School of Physical Therapy
• BLS Required

ABOUT THE FACILITY

Providers supporting the system include 4 Family Practice physicians, 3 Nurse Practitioners, 2 Physician Assistants, and 1 hospitalist. The facility offers a wide range of primary and preventive health care services including senior services, a pharmacy, rehabilitation services, respiratory services, and specialty clinics. In late 2008, the hospital received Level IV Trauma Center designation from the Arizona Department of Health Services, Bureau of EMS and Trauma System, allowing the facility to support the state’s Level I Trauma Centers by resuscitating and stabilizing a patient, then transferring a patient to a more appropriate trauma center based on a patient’s injuries.
