The Travel & Expense (T&E) Administrator is a valuable part of the WireCo Treasury department. The primary function of this position is the act as the subject matter expert for all systems related to travel & expense including Chrome River, Etta by Deem, and our corporate credit card program. This position will work closely with other departments to ensure compliance and accuracy of T&E systems and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for Chrome River users globally including, but not limited to:
- Set up of New User
- User support for expense submission and training
- System updates for coding, rate, and other various changes
- System Issue escalation and case management with Chrome River team
- Manage corporate credit card applications
- Offer administrative support for online travel booking platform including, but not limited to,
- System support for users
- Troubleshooting system issues with users and Acendas Travel
- Back Up for Executive Travel planning, as needed
- Assist with Global Implementation of Chrome River by providing product training and user guides, and working with partner administrators in other countries
- Manage Analytics Platform and perform some ad hoc analysis as needed
- Export T&E expenses for accrual and payment
- Run monthly reports related to travel and entertainment expenses
- Review and approve T&E submissions for policy compliance
- Work closely with Accounts Payable and various accounting departments to keep account lists up to date across platforms
- Act as a back-up for various Treasury related activities, including but limited to wire payments, online banking administration, FX trades, and journal entries
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle multiple projects & prioritize tasks to meet communicated deadlines
- Basic level ability to analyze reports and alter criteria to meet data request needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of organization
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred
- Previous experience working with T&E expense reporting systems
- Previous exposure to working with a Global workforce

- Standard office equipment including computer, mouse, keyboard, telephone, multifunction copier
