CTF Illinois is seeking a motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Transportation Director in the Orland Park, IL area. As the Transportation Director you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all Full Time and Lead Drivers
• Manage and monitor all aspects of daily transportation including but not limited to: monitoring transportation sheets, developing routes, and safety of vehicles
• Oversee vehicle fleet including but not limited to: repairs and maintenance, mileage logs, I-Pass account and inventory, substituting vehicles
• Oversee training of drivers including but not limited to: PACE program, investigations
• Communication with other departments and affiliates
• Available by phone for transportation emergencies, including off hours/ weekends

• Pay Rate: $50,000- $55,000 annually

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record per company requirements

• Ability to prioritize work in timely manner and problem solve
• Must be 21 years of age and have the ability to pass PACE requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
