General Description
The Transcript Analyst is responsible for evaluating transfer students' transcripts and entering the course data into the student database, performing degree evaluations and audits, maintaining special transcript notations, entering and processing graduation applications for eligibility, assisting with reverse articulations, and printing diplomas and certificates. The Transcript Analyst also prepares diplomas and certificates for mailing, assists with the preparation of student grade reports, and provides student enrollment verifications. Requirements
This position requires an Associate's Degree or four years of equivalent full time related work experience in comparable position. This position requires one year full time current related work experience. This position requires superior clerical and computer data entry skills, corresponding word processing proficiency, and a basic knowledge of database management systems. Superior communication skills with strong commitment to service and a strong commitment to teamwork is required. A criminal background check is also required.
