Your tasksThis role will be responsible for analyzing training needs, developing curriculum for production operations & management development, and coordinating the delivery of courses. The position will evaluate the trainee/employee for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth. The Training Specialist will be responsible for development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Develop, implement and coordinate the delivery of training programs
Coordinating training needs with managers and production
Lead continuous improvement projects in the training area
Support training throughout the organization
Lead and develop skills to strengthen the team process
Development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results
Responsible for professional training and development opportunities
Responsible for tracking, maintaining and follow-up of training records in a timely manner:
- Production Certification and Re-certifications
- Staff department training
Resolve team and plant training issues/concerns
Train and maintain Certified Trainers
Cross train into other functions as the needs arise
Your profile
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Conducting in house face to face training and facilitation
- Proven ability to lead and develop training programs
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Problem analysis and problem resolution skills
- Experience in all Microsoft office programs and SAP
No relocation offered. The position is eligible for a sign-on bonus.
