Job description

The Training Program Manager will manage and execute tasks related to the preparation, launch, ongoing operations and conclusion of NuPaths various student cohorts.

• Coordinate cohort implementation and logistics at various locations and online.
• Prepare and support instructors and instructional assistants.
• Conduct instructor training sessions as necessary.
• Onboard student cohorts during orientation.
• Support student engagement throughout the training program.
• Remediate student behavior to align with expectations and policies.
• Gather student, instructor and partner feedback through formal and informal mechanisms.
• Coordinate data input and report individual, cohort and aggregate data on student performance.
• Manage and report on the status of cohort implementation, logistics and reporting.
• Document processes and tasks for increased efficiency and long-term scalability.
• Facilitate the Business Skills Workshops sessions in the adult learning cohorts.
• Lead special projects related to program management.
• Other duties related to program management.
• Provide support to day-to-day operations as needed.

The position can be primarily remote, although there will be the need to travel to on-site training locations throughout PA, MD, and VA from time-to-time.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
