Job description
We are working exclusively with our client in identifying a Training Coordinator to help with two new leadership development programs. In this role, you will assist with logistics, coordination, and project management by scheduling events, hotels, and participants, assisting program managers with PowerPoint decks, using Excel to create tables and graphs, and assisting with program rollouts.
Start Date: Late November due to onboarding process; client would like to interview as soon as possible
Duration: Through 2023
Hours: 40 hours per week; must be able to work 8am – 5pm ET
Location: Virtual; some travel to Titusville, NJ is required (COVID-19 vaccination is required to go onsite)
Experience Required:
- Experience as a Coordinator or Administrator
- Experience supporting projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong detail orientation
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
- Background check is required if selected for the role
