The Training and Implementation Manager will manage new agencies from the point of contract through at least the first 90 days of being on service. The employee must be able to function with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility and be able to implement several agencies and develop training tools for staff during the same period if needed The employee must be able to act independently as a representative for the management or leadership team; in addition, the employee can proactively make decisions, prioritize work, and identify areas of opportunity independently within the Revenue Management Services environment related to training and education.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Educates RCM staff to maximize operational performance and to ensure understanding of compliance with Company goals, policies, and performance expectations. Leads and manages new client implementations and serves as Project Manager on internal and external initiatives as assigned. Conducts analysis and consults with the RCM leadership team to identify the skills and competencies required to support/maximize current business activities and future growth.

  • Develop, maintain and revise current and future staff education materials to train onshore and offshore staff on workflow, processes, client EMR, clearinghouse functionality, and payor requirements.
  • Conducts training and cross-training as needed for onshore and offshore staff. Proactively identifies areas of opportunity that need additional documentation and follow-up training/monitoring.
  • Responsible for leading all new client implementations. Coordinates all data, internal documentation, and client deliverables to ensure all required information and functions are completed to support an effective and timely go-live.
  • Participates in meetings with the company and client leadership to establish and implement mutually acceptable “best practice” procedures relative to the intake, eligibility, authorization, revenue cycle billing, collection activities, and cash posting processes.
  • Meets monthly/quarterly/yearly RCM internal and external goals for self, team, department, and clients.
  • Maintains knowledge of current regulations, policies, and procedures for state, federal, and other third-party reimbursement programs.
  • Ensures all training materials, communications (verbal or written), and/or any other documentation is presented in an optimal, professional manner
  • Facilities client meetings to review workflow and keeps stakeholders on task and ultimately responsible for driving project plans to completion
  • Creates and executes project work plans and timelines and revises them as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements
  • Responsible for assisting with access needs for staff for Medicare DDE
  • Ability to build a trusting relationship with internal and external staff
  • Good skills and knowledge of relationship-focused leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and increasing transparency
  • Articulates the technical requirements and key architecture considerations for development and implementation
  • Handles all third-party vendors and coordinates based on client’s needs
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education/Experience:
High school degree. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum five years of home health and/or hospice revenue cycle experience. Demonstrated skills in developing and delivering training to revenue cycle staff. Epic CT is a plus.

Language Ability: Must possess and articulate excellent oral and written English

Reasoning Ability: Ability to identify and resolve complex situations.

Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills. Competency in home health and hospice EMR systems. Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and experience.

Location: Remote. Anywhere in the US.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
