As a Training and Development Manager you will be responsible for:

• Ensure that all stores adhere to company policies and procedures
• Communicate updates clearly and concisely to sore leadership as well as staff
• Identify underperformers and develop a plan to resolve and rectify issues effectively
• Ensure internal and external collateral is up to date and displayed properly
• Provide support to store leadership and staff
• Provide both verbal and hands on training to all team members
• Conduct performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements
• Create and distribute reports and performance improvement suggestions as needed
• Conduct trainings for all locations on a regular basis
• Participate in leadership trainings
• Train and develop locations and staff
