Trainer- Cabin Cleaning Agent - United Airlines

LAX Airport

G2 is a leading service provider to the Aviation industry, and currently expanding our UA Cabin Operation, adding a new Trainer to our Team.

And now offering flight travel privileges for this position.

As the Cabin Trainer, this person provides crucial support in teaching/coaching aircraft training.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Cabin experience
• Active Valid Drivers License

Skillsets:

• Must be someone that enjoys the challenge of coaching and teaching a skillset to an individual with minimal or no prior experience
• Familiarity with management systems preferably in the area of aviation

Job Summary:

• First point of Operational contact that will guide and teach all New Hires the Standard Operating Procedures of UA Cabin Cleaning
• Define and oversee cabin crew training strategy implementation
• Define and monitor training KPI’s
• Provide both computer based and On the Job training of cleaning procedures, products, tools and machines of aircraft cabin cleaning
• Educate and ensure safety compliance protocols
• Teach proper use of cleaning supplies, equipment
• Provide streamlined support from training to integration into the operation
• Train employees on Lavatory and Galley cleaning
• Educate employee's on safety protocols such as how to avoid physical and chemical hazards
• All other duties and assigned

Pay: $18.04 - $23.04 per hour
