Job Summary
The Director of Track Operations will assist the Track and Field/Cross Country coaching staff with administrative day-to-day operations. Duties will include but not limited to: coordinating logistics for team travel ensuring seamless itinerary execution of ground/air transportation, team meals, practice dates/times; maintaining records/receipts for financial reconciliation; assisting in budget/finance; manages student scholarship paperwork; manages student workers, and assists with coordination of on campus recruiting events and visits, and performs related duties as assigned. Applicants must be willing to perform diverse tasks requiring good organizational and communication skills. Must be able to comply with all SEC, University and NCAA rules and regulations.
