Diverse Marketing is looking to partner with a talented, experienced territory manager to represent our TOY & GIFT lines in the state of Ohio preferably living in the Columbus Metropolitan Area.
This is a 100% commission based, independent contractor (1099) position that allows you to make your own schedule. This is a $1 million dollar territory with an income over $60K.
Diverse Marketing is a national sales and marketing agency representing a wide variety of vendors in the Gift & Toy industries to independent retailers, mid-tier and key accounts throughout the entire US, with a team of over 100 sales managers. We are headquartered in the Dallas World Trade Center and have operating showrooms in Dallas, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Las Vegas and Seattle and offer an in depth e-commerce website to allow our retailers to shop 24/7. - Position requires a person that is a self-starter, very detail oriented, organized, and passionate about the toy and gift business, and has great follow up.
- A complete home office with laptop computer
- Good computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook and ability to learn order writing system
- Needs to be comfortable interacting with store buyers and prospecting for new customers in addition to existing customers given to us from vendor lists.
- In addition to traveling on the road, sales meetings and trade show travel would also be required.
- 2+ years of sales experience is preferred
