Job description

Job Functions:

• Maintain and manage physical issuing and inventory transactions to/from the Tool Room via ERP transactions (for Inventory) and spreadsheet (for tools).
• Organize Inventory items and tools for accurate counts and easy access in Tool Room.
• Identify items that need a BEC part number assigned, determine safety stock levels, and reorder quantities.
• Update and maintain Tool Room catalog.
• Enter PO requisitions for new part numbers and non-recurring purchases.
• Cycle count raw materials to verify material part number, quantities, bin locations, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate/document larger variances through inventory movement history.
• Maintain and improve storage methods and processes for raw materials.
• Operate forklift and parts pickers.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Strong computer skills including utilizing Microsoft O365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Must be safety conscious and utilize all PPE

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
