Toddler 2 Lead Teacher at HHS

Reggio’s Treehouse is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators. Are you an “outside the box” thinker? As a Lead Educator you will create adventures daily for our students, by working closely with the Director and our Curriculum Team.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and nurturing learning environment
• Plan, prepare and oversee lesson plans in line with the Reggio Philosophy
• Communicate effectively with the children and their families
• Share your love of learning with the children
• Assists in other capacities that the Director or designee may deem necessary

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in ECE or related field. Bachelor Degree in ECE or related field is preferred
• The ability to meet state, federal, and accreditation requirements for education and experience
• At least 2 years of experience working in a Licensed Childcare Facility
• Experience working in a Reggio Emilia inspired school is preferred
• Highly Professional and Dependable
• Flexibility to work the hours and schedule to meet the needs of the School
• Any additional information requested by the Director or designee that may deem necessary
