Hours: Monday - Friday Standard Business Hours
Location: Remote

As a Time and Attendance Specialist you will:

• Utilize automated time and attendance software and program to manage all time entries for up to 5 small locations
• Handle general inquiries and provide support to staff for time/attendance
• Offer suggestions, advice, and solutions regarding time processing procedures
• Research and resolve escalated and/or complex time issues
• Provide technical and consultative support to HR and management staff in addressing time/attendance policies and procedures
• Conduct audits throughout the day of time records to ensure continued accuracy
• Collect and send special payments to the payroll Analyst to process
• Generate and provide cyclical reporting to locations
• Provide assistance to locations identifying system reports to help with forecasting
• Assist Payroll Data Analyst with making adjustments to Ceridian Dayforce
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years’ relevant payroll/time and attendance experience
• Ceridian Dayforce WFM experience required
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Ability to develop practical solutions to simplify time and attendance processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
