Patrick Industries Corporate IT Team is growing and hiring an experienced Tier 2 Help Desk Technician to join our Department. This position requires the ability to effectively multitask and handle multiple projects at the same time. In this role, you will employ a Customer First Focus, while providing professional and friendly desktop support to end users.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Operating system and application installation/configuration

· Provide quality desktop support to end users including support for hardware, software, printing, and applications.

· Respond to inquiries from clients and help them resolve issues.

· Have excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.

· Maintain a high degree of Customer First focus for all support queries.

· Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.

· Provide quality written communications and details of customer issues.

· Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training/advice.

· Evaluate more complex calls and determine when to escalate to support team

Qualifications and Skills:

· 2-3 years of experience in IT preferred or a degree within Information Technology

· Prefer experience / certification with Microsoft 365 administration

· Ability to troubleshoot, repair and upgrade PC Software, Hardware and Printers

· PC to PC migration and support

· Windows 7 - 10, occasional MAC OS, IOS, Android support

· TCP/IP
