As the organization enters its ninth season, the club led by Kevin Nagle will continue to invest in Sacramento, with plans to build a soccer specific stadium that will redefine entertainment in Sacramento, and rise to the topflight of American soccer, as well as support various community investment programs to serve the city, create innovative partnerships, operate the region’s premier youth soccer development academy, and support the development of youth soccer players throughout Northern California.
Job Summary:
Ticket Scanners work gamedays and serve as the initial touchpoint with our fans. Ticket Scanners are responsible to provide excellent customer service when assisting gameday patrons with scanning tickets and answering general ticket or stadium questions. The work environment for this position is outdoors.
Duties &
Responsibilities
:
- Provide excellent customer service, problem solving and communication skills.
- Scan tickets and assist with other stadium operations as needed.
- Provide application support if needed at arrival.
- Such other duties, activities, and roles as the company from time to time may designate in its sole and absolute discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
- All tickets are contactless – experience navigating smartphones and mobile device apps.
- Passion for Republic FC and soccer in general is preferred.
- Dependable, trustworthy with strong interpersonal skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or carry supplies; stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
