THE JOB
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, hard-working Ticket Operations Associate to join our growing team! This associate will go above and beyond for our customers by assisting our team leads with processing orders and ensuring the best customer experience. The salary range for this role is set at $40k.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in kick-starting their career by working for a sports and entertainment tech company with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial mindset. There are numerous opportunities to grow with the company and specialize in different veins of the operations team. This is a full-time position requiring rotating hours M-F (between 9am and 6pm ET) and occasional weekend coverage.

There is no such thing as a “typical day” here at FEVO (and that’s how we like it!), but a few things you will be accountable for include:

  • Working with our customers assisting with any questions they have about our platform: purchasing, fulfillment, sharing, etc.
  • Communicating with other departments within FEVO to gather information, and relaying that information to customers
  • Ensuring customers can access what they purchase and fulfilling orders successfully
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing feedback to our engineering team to help enhance our product
  • Supporting our Partner Solutions team to assist with any client requests

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
  • You have a college degree from an accredited school.
  • You have strong troubleshooting skills and experience working with Mac computers (required!)
  • You must have experience working in a call center or providing remote support, especially within sports/ticketing brands.
  • You are obsessively organized and have great time management skills.
  • You are self-motivated and a master at multi-tasking.
  • You are a team player to the bone with exceptional communication skills.
  • You are a problem solver and have acute attention to detail.
