TICKET OFFICE ASSOCIATE | PART-TIME

The Fox Theatre in Atlanta is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Ticket Office Associate.

Ticket Office Associates ensure that the customer service in the Ticket Office consistently exceeds expectations and the customer service experience is positive and productive.

Major Responsibilities:

• Sell Tickets at the Ticket Office window and distribute Will Call Tickets
• Disseminate information to Fox Theatre customers regarding event details via telephone, email, and in-person
• Ensure that internal and external guests' ticketing needs are being met and exceeded
• Balance daily sales and handle cash flow
• Other duties as directed

Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications:

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a ticketing environment is preferred
• Must have working knowledge of computers and cash handling
• Should have experience working in an environment where customer service is a priority
• Must have demonstrated competencies in the areas of oral communications, customer service, and professionalism

Essential Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain stationary for long periods of time
• Must be able to communicate with guest in person and via telephone
• Must be able to traverse Ticket Office

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Successful applicants must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Successful applicants must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19. Fox Theatre will consider reasonable accommodation requests for exemption due to medical reason or religious belief.

About the Marquee Club Presented by Lexus
The Marquee Club Presented by Lexus is the Fox Theatre’s premium club space open to Club Level seat holders or annual Members only. Adjacent to the theatre, the Moroccan and Middle Eastern-style club is 10,000 square feet of luxury space that includes five premium bars; three rooftop environments, including the climate-controlled Conservatory, patio covered Arcade Terrace and the outdoor Rooftop Terrace. Open only during public events at the Fox Theatre, the Marquee Club offers a premium pre-show through post-show experience with benefits including early entry, private restrooms, 2 alcoholic beverages per event, pre-show food, onsite activations during select events, and more.
