Star City Games is looking to add a Third Party Sales Platforms Associate to our team!

The Third Party Sales Platforms Associate supports the Third Party Sales Platforms Manager by assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Company’s Third Party Sales accounts, order fulfillment (order picking, verification, etc.), and special projects for the Company as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Magic: The Gathering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Possess great attention to detail.
  
• Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Able to work well individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to remain flexible and accomplish tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to relocate to Roanoke, VA.
• Willingness to learn and make good use of new programs and assets.
• Moderate to extensive familiarity with computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Essential Duties:

• Create and manage eBay and Amazon product listings including, but not limited to, taking and editing/cropping product photos, writing product descriptions, titles, and product research.
• Pick, process, and pack Third Party Sales Platform orders.
• Organize and maintain item stock levels in the physical Third Party Sales Platform inventory area.
• Assist with the fulfillment of Amazon Vendor Central orders.
• Construct Magic: The Gathering card lots as requested.
• Enter and maintain Third Party product data and inventory within the Company’s integration software.
• Work with Amazon Seller Support to correct catalog issues resulting in suppressed search results or inability to sell some products.
• Perform Third Party Customer Service, including, but not limited to, answering general questions, investigating lost items, and resolving complaints.

Work Environment, Physical and Mental Demands:

• Frequently must stoop, bend, kneel, reach, and maintain full dexterity.
• Frequently required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Frequently required to continuously walk.
• Frequently work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with moving material handling equipment, obstacles, and high-volume activity.
• Occasionally must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for short distances.
• Protective gear is required to be worn to avoid injury.
• Work environment often has airborne dust particles.
