Buyer’s Specialist Job Description :
As a Buyers Agent, we will provide you the tools and training to manage the end to end buying experience as a dedicated, knowledgable, and experienced real estate professional. You will be a local expert, engaging new buyers, and consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction.
You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Job seekers should be driven professionals looking for growth opportunities with upside commissions.
This position will be based out of our local West Hollywood Office.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to be resourceful
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work well under time/other constraints
- Must possess a can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently
- Perform a wide variety of administrative and support functions as required
- Proficient with Social Media
Requirements:
- Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must have a complete understanding of all Real Estate programs and CAR form contracts
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs
- Must be highly organized and self motivated
- Must live within a 10 mile radius of West Hollywood California
- Must be available Full-time
- Must be licensed or in the process of obtaining your CA Real Estate Salesperson license. We will train you.
