Department/Organization: 209601 - Test & Data Mgt Services
Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm; some weekends
Job Summary: Administers/proctors tests.
Additional Department Summary: The Testing Associate is responsible for all tasks associated with the administration of online course exams. These responsibilities include online courses with paper exams and online courses with exams in the University's learning management system.
Required Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of a high school diploma with two (2) years of experience; or an associate’s degree or higher.
Skills and Knowledge: Ability to keep information confidential. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a diverse population of students and faculty.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with MyBama and Banner operations.
