Job Summary: Territory Managers work with multiple branches within their respective territories.

Duties & Primary Responsibilities: A Territory Manager is given the task of supervising multiple customer accounts and their respective locations. They will, at times, be expected to interact with customers to solve complaints or other issues that may require a manager’s assistance as well as continue to implement company brand presence in their respective territory.

Other Roles & Functions: They will examine and review branch productivity and report the results to upper management. They will assist in building customer relations and seeking out new business opportunities for the company within their respective territories.

  Ability to handle multiple time sensitive issues at once and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred:

• Three or more years of sales experience in the HVAC/R or Plumbing industry.
• Confident in leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Works well in pressured situations.
