Position
Job Title: Temporary Talent Acquisition Assistant
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Tasks & responsibilities
- This person will be responsible for adding new Joiners and Leavers for the retail population into our internal system
- Partner with Compensation & Benefits team, IT, Operations & Controlling to ensure Joiners are set up and entered into our systems properly
- Coordinate with company travel agents to support booking flights, hotels, etc. for candidates interviewing with senior management
- Draft offer letters & ensure completed signed copies are returned back
- Maintenance of organizational design for retail teams as well as ad hoc projects

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly complex work environment
- Ability to take initiative and work to resolve system issues through communication, flexibility & collaboration with partnering teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
- Ability to organize and track important documents are collected and competed accurately for company purpose
- Ability to deliver information in a clear, concise manner
- Ability to communicate effectively by phone and in person
- Ability to manage tasks to resolution
Requirements
- 1-2 Years of Administrative experience preferably in Human Resources/ Talent Acquisition
- Comfortable supporting multiple TA managers simultaneously
- Must be available M-F, 9am-6pm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Proficient Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
