Welcome to St. Francis Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare! Our 273-bed facility, provides a warm and caring environment for short-term rehab patients, and long- term residents including memory care. Our team of seasoned staff work together to offer excellent service and care to each resident. The Temporary Nursing Assistant (CNA) serves as a source of emotional and physical support while assisting residents with their activities of daily living.

Upon completion of ACHA’s 8-hour Temporary Nurse Aide Training Program, our nursing team will provide you with the 80 hours of paid training needed to join the CNA Registry!
