As a member of the healthcare team here at Riverview Health, the Telemetry Unit Secretary in the demonstrates active patient advocacy to ensure all rights are identified and met for every patient. The Telemetry Unit Secretary encompasses all duties relating to providing exemplary patient care services at Riverview Health. Outstanding customer service skills and understanding of confidentiality and productivity are required by the Telemetry Unit Secretary .

Telemetry Unit Secretary Job Functions:

• Watches the telemetry monitors for dysrhythmia
• Performs general clerical duties in the hospital nursing unit.
• Preparing, compiling and maintaining patient's medical records on the nursing units.
• Appropriately transfers orders into applicable systems and processes.
• Handles incoming and outgoing communication at the nurses station.

Telemetry Unit Secretary Job Requirements:

• Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum Experience: Related experience or nurse aide experience 1 year
• Other Requirements:Telemetry
